John McCain and Women's vote

Since Hillary Clinton has dropped out of the running leaving a huge void for disgruntled women votes to be filled, I think a Republican strategy will be to bring on a vice president who will draw the older women voting block in.

Barack Obama does not "fit the bill" for the over 50 women, as he represents changes the older crowd is not willing to make, and he is not necessarily "Mr. Popular" with Hispanics.

I wonder if this latter issue has anything to do with the seemingly natural current cultural antagonism between the Black and Hispanic Community at large.
Who would be the perfect fit?
Kay Bailey Hutchinson, Senator from Texas.
She fits the appropriate age group, was Chairman of the Republican Policy Committee in the 110th Congress and serves on the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.
McCain, unlike Obama, does not feel he needs another military expert on the ticket.
McCain needs someone, non-threatening to him, workable with him, balances his quick temper, and can pull the Republican party back together.
The Aquarian age is gently introducing women into the institutions of government and corporations.
Kay Bailey Hutchinson may be the break through female.
