The general Universal energy of 2/29/2008 is #5 of CHANGE. The #29 is a tricky number with an energy of a double edged sword. It is connected to Karmic PARTNERSHIPS both in BUSINESS and PERSONAL.
If the relationship in other lifetimes was ethically balanced then it will continue in this one but if not, then betrayal and unethical practices will show up in the partnership to have the souls make "new choices'.
This leap year #29 occurs during a mercury retrograde which frequently causes communication problems within partnerships.
Bottom line: Listen to your "gut" to guide you always but especially on #29, change is in the air.
